2. What data is collected and why

The contact form collects only the data you provide (name, email, optional phone number and the content of your message), for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry or handling your appointment request. This site does not use its own tracking cookies or analytics tools, and no profiling is carried out with your data.

Important: the form is not intended for clinical information. Please do not include medical reports or health data in your message; such data will be processed, where applicable, within the healthcare context of your consultation.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time.

4. Recipients and processors

Data is not disclosed to third parties except where legally required. The following providers are involved in delivering the service, acting as data processors or independent controllers:

  • FormSubmit (form-to-email delivery service).
  • Google LLC (Gmail as the email inbox; Google Maps only if you choose to load the interactive map, which may set Google cookies).
  • Hostinger (website hosting).

Some of these providers may carry out international data transfers covered by the EU standard contractual clauses or other valid safeguards.

5. Retention period

Data is kept only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and, thereafter, for the statutory limitation periods.

6. Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to yrpcardiologia@gmail.com, attaching proof of identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
